Pascale Simon founded the Ensemble Vibrations with aim to associate musicians from different backgrounds for a common exploration of new repertoires.

Currently, the ensemble is composed by seven professional flutists: Pascale Simon, Myriam Graulus, Audrey Ribaucourt, Lydie Thonnard, Eric Leleux, Philippe Laloy and Fabien Bogaert.

Le repertoire of the Ensemble Vibrations, whose name is inspired by a composition for 10 flutes and percussion by Jean-Marie Rens, is constantly enriched by new original pieces and transcriptions.

Its various programs travel through musical styles and eras. They thus combine contemporary pieces (Jean-Marie Rens, Arnould Massart, Jean-Luc Fafchamps) with baroque music (G.P. Telemann, Buxtehude), traditional melodies (roumanian, turkish, swedish,...) and jazz (Bill Frisell, Steve Kuhn). [2020 program selection]

The Ensemble Vibrations in renowned belgian locations such as the Salon Mativa and the l'An Vert in Liège, the "Fête de l'Equinoxe" of Fisenne, the Théâtre de Namur, the Espace Senghor and the musical instruments museum (MIM) Brussels, ...

The ensemble published its first album "Strange Meeting".
